TRT HR Workshop

On 9th August, TRT held a working group meeting on human resources in Liverpool.
During the meeting, participants discussed two topics: "Psychological and Emotional Care of Employees in Enterprise" and "Leadership Challenges and Development" in small groups.
As the discussion topic of Group A, “Psychological and Emotional Care of Employees in Enterprise", the site firstly discussed "the value and significance of mental health program to the enterprise, within the enterprise and the objectives". The HRs expressed that in the three years of the epidemic, they have deeply realized the importance of mental health and emotional health to their work and life. Carrying out employee mental health programs is an important means to promote mental health, and it also reflects the social responsibility of enterprises.
In Group B, HRs from Trumpf (China) led a discussion on the difference in the definition of "good leadership" between ten years ago and now. Participants agreed that today's leadership requires crisis management, empathy and personal charisma. The international situation is driving changes in the corporate environment, and leaders should remain calm and responsive, pay attention to the needs of their employees, and demonstrate personal charisma to win trust. The conference prompted the leadership team to reflect on the critical role of the modern leader in the midst of uncertainty in order to adapt to the challenges and opportunities of the new era.
