On November 26, the training session themed ‘Employment Standard & Performance Management Salon’, jointly organized by the Taicang Roundtable and the Taicang Engineers Association, was successfully held at the Taicang Enterprise Service Center.
Two senior experts from Anfu Enterprise were specially invited to deliver presentations. Ms. Anny Zhang (Anfu Senior Human Resources Consultant) delivered a presentation titled ‘Compliance Embarks - A New Era of Enterprise Compliance Employment’. She provided an in-depth analysis of the challenges traditional foreign enterprise performance management systems face in adapting to the Chinese market. Drawing on benchmark cases from Microsoft China, Starbucks China, and P&G China, she systematically introduced a four-step implementation method: ‘Joint Goal Setting – Shared Process Responsibility — Shared Outcomes—Cultural Co-creation’.
Subsequently, Ms. Cara Zhang Rong (Anfu Senior HR Consultant) delivered a presentation titled ‘Performance Management - Making Every Employee to be ‘Business Partner’’, Addressing three critical dimensions—'system effectiveness, process legality, and evidence retention’—she warned enterprises about common compliance pitfalls in high-frequency scenarios like job reassignments, salary adjustments, performance-based dismissals, and overtime/leave management. She proposed shifting from reactive compliance to proactive risk management through strategic design.
