TRT November GM Meeting
On November 20, TRT held a General Manager Meeting at its member company, German Centre for Industry and Trade Taicang Co. Ltd (German Centre). First, Ms. Marieke Bossek, General Manager of German Centre, delivered a warm welcome speech and provided a brief introduction to the German Centre.
Next, Mr. Joschka Barde, Head of Taicang Office, Associate Partner of Roedl & Partner, shared the Driving Office Productivity through Lean Practices. He highlighted the four-stage approach to improving office productivity via lean implementation: transparency, improvement discipline, financial linkage, and standardization. Financial integration, and standardization. He specifically highlighted a successful case study of lean accounting processes.
Then, Mr. Rolf Demmler, DGNB Ambassador to China, shared the Performance Optimization for Future-Proof Buildings: Practical Examples Using a DGNB Methodology to Maximize Efficiency and Minimize Cost in Building Operation.
Finally, artist Yuan Shun detailed the exhibition plan for the 2026 Taicang Art Museum project ‘Co-Creation and Symbiosis’.
