TRT HR Workshop

On 19th March, TRT held the Q1 HR workshop at the new factory of Inclusion Factory.
First, Ms, Chen Ziye, Senior Consultant from Inclusion Advisory of Inclusion Factory, shared with the Building a More Diversified & Inclusive Workshop from an HR Perspective. Inclusion Advisory, in the context of diversity and inclusion support, creates a more inclusive workplace environment by helping employers find, recruit, train, and manage talent with disabilities.
As an unavoidable part of our daily work, health issues in the office environment have always been an important topic that we need to emphasize and address. In this meeting, we are honored to invite Ms. Zhang Caiping, Deputy Chief Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner of Taicang Loudong Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Association, to introduce some common office diseases and their preventive measures, and we hope that some of the health care exercises shared in this meeting can be practiced in daily life so that we can work together to create a healthier and more enjoyable working environment.
Ms. Jane Yang, as the deputy head of Human Resources of TRT, and her colleagues shared with us the optimized management of corporate training resources, which can optimize the training cost and training effect through the cooperation of members.
