TRT Purchasing Workshop
On 6th March, TRT held its first purchasing workshop at member company Taicang Andreas Stihl Powertools Co., Ltd.
TRT hopes to be able to provide the procurement teams of member companies with new knowledge, skills and insights in procurement. At the meeting, purchasing can share experiences with peers, learn best practices, and keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
In this meeting, we invited Mr. Wang Jianshe, a Trainer from Linke Consulting, to share with us the Competitive Negotiation Skills in Procurement. Through rich case studies and practical advice, Mr. Wang Jianshe vividly demonstrated how to use competitive negotiation skills in the procurement process to maximize the benefits while maintaining a good working relationship.
This sharing meeting provided us with many practical tips and strategies to help us all become more confident and effective in closing deals in procurement negotiations. We all look forward to applying this newfound knowledge and sharing today's experience and results with our colleagues.
