In the afternoon of September 26th, Mr. Chen Lei, Vice Mayor and Director of Public Security of Taicang City, held police-enterprise communication and exchange activities with executives of foreign-funded enterprises in Taicang at the SEE German Enterprise Service Workstation. Mr. Richard Zhang, Chairman of Taicang Roundtable, and Mr. Tang Jian, Deputy Director of Taicang Public Security Bureau, attended the event together.
During the activity, Mr. Chen Lei had face-to-face communication with the representatives of foreign enterprise executives and understood in detail the difficulties encountered by foreign enterprises in Taicang and their opinions and suggestions to the public security organs. Representatives of enterprise executives shared the development history of enterprises and individuals in Taicang, and highly affirmed the social security environment and investment and development environment of Taicang. Mr. Chen Lei said, Taicang public security will, as always, support and serve the development of enterprises, to create a more convenient and favorable business environment under the rule of law.

SEE German Enterprise Service Workstation was officially inaugurated at the 2023 Jiangsu-Germany Economic and Trade Cooperation and Exchange Conference on 25th September. “Taicang Public Security SEE German Enterprise Service Workstation”, jointly established by Taicang Public Security Bureau and Taicang Roundtable, was set up in the Taicang German Overseas Student Pioneer Park, which will help optimize the business environment and attract and nurture German capital.
