TRT Operation研讨会
On 11st September, TRT held the 3rd Quarter Operation workshop in the training center classroom of our member company, Auto-Kabel Harness (Taicang) Company.
In this meeting, 20 of our Operation managers from member companies shared their practice of cost reduction and efficiency improvement in groups. The project experts from Staufen took the workshop of Auto-Kabel as an example and led the group to observe the workshop. Each group identified problems by observing the site, and from the perspective of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement", they made a list of problems in the site: stable process capacity and utilization, flow, beat and pull, and the 7 major wastes. By improving the identified points, we propose solutions to optimize the process, design and optimize the production line, and improve the organization and implementation to achieve more effective management.
